Ben and Bethany had THE perfect day for a fall wedding. The weather was nice and sunny with a low hazy light, no wind, not to hot and not to cold and the colour on the trees were gorgeous! They had a first look at the Floradale Dam within a tunnel of pine trees. It was a nice quiet spot away from everyone. They were so happy to see each other and were able to calm any nerves. We then took the photos around in that area and eventually moseyed on over to this beautiful trail with old colourful maple trees. For it being such a beautiful day we were surprised we didn’t run into more people on the trail. But it was nice as they are a bit camera shy so the less people the better which made it quiet and peaceful. I am so pleased with how the photos turned out and how well they listened to direction. Even caught some moments when they made each other laugh which was really sweet. I find once a couple is together and they look into each others eyes they bring out the true smiles in each other and I’m just their to capture it.

We then headed to the church to get them married. The ceremony was very sweet and simple. The reception was held at the Linwood Community Centre which was beautifully decorated and the food was delicious which was catered by Grace Frey.

Bethany and I go way back to our high school days so it has been great reconnecting and very special to now be capturing this next chapter in her life. Ben & Bethany actually go back even further and have known each other for a long time and attend the same church and now also work together. It has been such a pleasure working with them throughout this whole process. Wishing them nothing but the best in the journey ahead of them.
