Spring time always makes for such pretty pictures when the leaves start to bloom on the trees and the colours start to pop. I had a great time walking the St Jacobs Millrace trail with Ben & Bethany during their engagement shoot to capture some beautiful photos of them. St Jacobs never seems to disappoint me, and it’s probably why I keep photographing here all the time. I always seem to find new spots and angles. Bethany and I go way back to our high school days so it has been great reconnecting and very special to now be capturing this next chapter in her life. Ben & Bethany actually go back even further and have known each other for a long time and attend the same church and now also work together. I am so pleased with how the photos turned out and how well they listened to direction as they mentioned they are both camera shy. I find once a couple is together and they look into each others eyes they bring out the true smiles in each other and I’m just their to capture it. Very cute couple and can’t wait for their wedding day this fall!
